Starke Millwork Finishes

All the pictures shown below are finished on our specialty wood specie - African Mahogany. Click on the finish of your choice to view a pop-up of that finish.

We would be happy to provide you with actual samples finished on your choice of wood species - just give us a call.

For exterior stained units, we apply the stain and then 3 coats of a catalyzed polyurethane. Our interior stained units receive the stain and 3 coats of catalyzed lacquer. For interior and exterior paint-primed applications, we provide a white, alkyd-based primer suitable for your top-coating in the color of your choice.

The stain colors below reflect a typical color tone, and may differ slightly due to variations in color, grain and texture of any wood specie.  Some variation in color tone is unavoidable and an exact match of the sample finishes is not guaranteed.
