What is included in my order?

You order will include all the deck boards you need to cover the square footage and deck pattern you have specified.  You will also receive the required quantity of flexible connectors to assemble your deck. Each board will be pre-routed to receive the flexible connectors.

How many species of wood do you offer?

We currently offer Ipe and Mahogany, as they are the most durable woods for exterior decking boards.  We can provide the wood specie of you choice for other applications - just give us call or email us.

How do I finish and maintain my deck?

You can apply practically any finish you want, as long as it is appropriate for your weather conditions. Follow the finish manufacturer's recommendation for application and maintenance.

How well will my deck hold up?

As long as your deck is properly finished and maintained regularly, your deck will last for years. The real benefit of FlexDeck is that the wood will be able to naturally expand and contract with heat and humidity changes without splitting and cupping. Should a board become stained, you can easily pop it off the deck and pop in a new piece.  No ripping boards off, no nailing, screwing or gluing!

How long does it take to get my order?

Typical lead times are 3 days to manufacture the order plus shipping time. Production and delivery times will vary based on the number, type and complexity of the deck pattern you specify.  Please call us and we will do whatever is possible to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner.

Do I buy from you directly or from a retailer/distributor?
